My first perfume was White Diamonds by Liz Taylor. I was seven years old and my mum had allowed me to choose anything from the duty-free trolley. It’s a scent full of character, drama and the promise of transformation. Years later, I learned Liz created the fragrance to symbolise empowerment and resilience as she embarked on a new chapter in her life.

My fascination with beauty started with my mum's Bella magazines in the 80s.  I was (and still am!) enamoured by what it represents - who are we after our beauty rituals? What mindset shifts happen when we interact with a product?

I’d watch my mum massage Oil of Ulay into her skin, shape signature brows and swipe on lipstick - within minutes her energy would transform, becoming a confident badass ready to take on the world. Not the sort of woman who would let a blemish stop her from being a boss.

So it was inevitable I’d end up working in beauty - as a nail tech, I helped my clients feel more put together, as a make-up artist, I put their best face forward and as a skincare expert, my biggest passion is to educate and help clients feel more confident in their skin. The golden thread is always ‘how do I help people step into the boldest and highest vision of themselves?’

It’s this spirit that birthed CLICKED!  three years ago. In a chaotic and destabilising world, a noisy and overwhelming skincare landscape, when we’re more knowledgeable, more supported, and have the tools to address our skin concerns, we feel more positive, stronger, and in control. We show up better. 

CLICKED! is the natural evolution of my clinic practice, from helping a few hundred people annually to becoming a digital skin companion to thousands. It’s here to help you feel confident, informed and crystal clear about your skin with warmth and empathy, grounded in lived experience.

Yes, AI makes the process faster, accessible and democratic, but it carries my voice, our designer’s eye for beauty and our tech lead’s precision. We are a team that deeply cares about how you feel in your skin and in yourself.
